Claudia has 15 years experience of cooking on a budget, making kid-friendly meals, and getting dinner on the table in a jiffy. She has experience planning meetings, and planned a food blogger’s conference called Indulge (where she met Elise and Emma, and was hired to work for Simply Recipes!). Claudia is passionate about taking time to have family dinner every night, even if it’s as a simple as eggs over toast.

Best kitchen advice: "I am the mother of five girls, including twins! Dinner time is chaotic and messy, which is why I often sip on a cold Diet Coke to get in the zone. When it’s time for clean-up, I love dancing and singing at the top of my lungs to Sara Bareilles’ soundtrack from The Waitress Broadway musical. My kids know when that comes on, it’s time to clean."
